As online marketing consultants we also advised Tellurian Wines in regards to the laws that are applicable to any E-mail marketing campaign, so we ensured that the whole system complied with the Spam Act by implementing subscribe and unsubscribe features, as well as integrating a mailing list sign up form into their existing website.
